Ho-Ho-Kus Colonial
This historic residence has been expanded by over 3500 square feet to create grand living space that enjoys views of the large landscaped rear yard, carraige house, pool and detached garage. Over 1000 square feet of existing interior space was reconfigured or reconstructed and a 1700 square foot finished basement with 10 foot ceilings was added resulting in a structure enclosing almost 12,000 square feet of space.

Colonial / Cape
This Colonial/Cape was all original construction and in need of updating throughout. While some of the existing spaces were adequate in size, two bedrooms on the first floor compromised the quantity and quality of living space. It has been modified and expanded to increase first floor living space, and have four bedrooms and three bathrooms on the second floor, while maintaining a level of character that is proportional to the surrounding homes.
